You can expect someone who:
- Is a psychology graduate.
 - Is a qualified teacher.
 - Has been a teacher for a minimum of 3 years.
 - Is a Registered Chartered Psychologist and member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) – the professional organisation in the UK which lays down a code of practice and maintains standards for practising psychologists.
 - Is HPC (Health Professions Council) registered.
 - Is experienced in the field of specific learning difficulties, educational difficulties, both with adults and children.
 - Understands auditory processing (training in Johansen IAS and The Listening Program (TLP) sound ‘therapies’).
 - Advocates assistive technology use – specialist software to help access learning.
 - Is experienced in adult and child assessment, with over 23 years of experience.

- Have ready access to a psychologist who has gained Chartered status in the British Psychological Society.
 - Have prompt written feedback in the production of a report.
 - Guarantee confidentiality.
 - Receive an independent, objective and professional opinion on your development.
