Adults in the Workplace
Assessment
This will involve an initial (free) consultation with a company, employer, manager or employee to tailor the service to the client’s needs.
It is likely that you will receive a full assessment by a chartered psychologist including initial interview, cognitive (problem solving) tests, together with assessment relating to dyslexia and the work environment. The dyslexic test (or dyspraxic tests) can usually be finished in about 2 hours.
This is conducted in a relaxed and friendly way that is comfortable for you. Both clarification of the extent of the difficulties will be provided, together with examples of the type of reasonable adjustments that could be made through a detailed report.
